These terms apply to fantasymx.com, its Spanish and English routes, tools, pages, features, content and future updates of Fantasy MX.

Fantasy MX is a digital platform operated in Mexico, focused on content, tools and information related to fantasy football.

Fantasy MX offers sports content, rankings, analysis, statistics, mock drafts, comparison tools, game information, depth charts, interactive tools and resources related to fantasy football.

Fantasy MX content is provided for informational, recreational and entertainment purposes. It should not be interpreted as professional, financial, legal, tax, sports, medical, betting or investment advice.

Fantasy MX is not a sportsbook, does not organize betting, does not process bets and does not guarantee sports results, fantasy results or economic benefits.

You may use Fantasy MX to consult information, analyze players, review rankings, compare scenarios, prepare drafts, use fantasy tools and improve your recreational fantasy football experience.

You agree to use the platform legally, responsibly and respectfully, without affecting site operations, user security or third-party rights.

Fantasy MX does not control the availability, accuracy, changes, limitations, errors or policies of external platforms. If an external service changes, fails or limits data access, some Fantasy MX features may stop working fully or partially.

Fantasy MX works to provide useful and updated information, but does not guarantee that rankings, statistics, projections, depth charts, injuries, news, player values, ADP, picks, schedules or recommendations are free from errors, delays or omissions.

Information may come from public sources, APIs, external providers, proprietary analysis, user-entered data or combinations of these elements.

The decisions you make in your fantasy leagues are your own responsibility. Fantasy MX does not guarantee wins, player performance, league results, prizes, economic benefits or correct decisions.

The design, structure, text, organization, tools, graphic elements, visual identity, proprietary code, analysis frameworks and original Fantasy MX content belong to Fantasy MX or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, mass-extract data, clone tools or use Fantasy MX content without prior written authorization.

Names, logos, trademarks, teams, players, leagues, images, statistics or third-party references belong to their respective owners and are used only for informational, descriptive or editorial purposes when applicable.

Fantasy MX is an independent platform.

Fantasy MX is not officially affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or authorized by the NFL, NFLPA, NFL teams, Sleeper, ESPN, FantasyPros, Underdog, YouTube, Google or any other brands, leagues, platforms or right holders mentioned on the site, unless expressly stated in writing.

Any reference to brands, players, teams, leagues or external platforms is made for informational, editorial, comparative or descriptive purposes.

Fantasy MX may display sponsorships, banners, commercial mentions, promotional links or advertising spaces.

The presence of a sponsor does not mean that Fantasy MX guarantees its products, services, quality, availability, prices, promotions or commercial terms.

Any relationships, purchases, agreements or communications you make with sponsors or external sites are exclusively between you and that third party.

Fantasy MX does not sell your personal data to sponsors. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice.

The site may include links to YouTube, Sleeper, social networks, sponsors, sports sources, external platforms or other third-party websites.

Fantasy MX does not control those external sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, privacy practices, security, products, services or changes.

Before using external sites, we recommend reviewing their own terms, policies and privacy notices.

You may not use Fantasy MX for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, automated or harmful activities that damage the platform, its users or third parties.

It is prohibited to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with servers, execute attacks, introduce malware, mass-extract data, bypass technical limits, impersonate identities, manipulate tools or use the site for spam.

It is also prohibited to use Fantasy MX content or tools to create competing services through copying, scraping, systematic extraction or unauthorized reproduction.

Fantasy MX may modify, update, suspend, limit or remove features at any time for maintenance, improvements, technical changes, security, product decisions or dependency on external services.

We do not guarantee that the site will be continuously available, error-free, uninterrupted, free from data loss or compatible with all devices or browsers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy MX will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of opportunities, fantasy decisions, sports results, information errors or service interruptions.

Your use of Fantasy MX is at your own discretion and responsibility.

Nothing in these terms will limit rights that cannot be waived by law.

These terms will be governed and interpreted under the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights that users may have under the laws of their place of residence.
