Fantasy MX is a digital platform operated in Mexico, with contact address in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico. For purposes of this Privacy Notice, Fantasy MX is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through fantasymx.com and its Spanish and English versions.

Fantasy MX does not request sensitive personal data, financial data, official identification documents, medical information or biometric data.

We may also use data to operate tools such as rankings, players, mock draft, teams, matchups, depth charts, analysis, trade analyzer, league sync and future personalized features.

Technical information helps us measure performance, detect errors, prevent abuse, improve navigation and understand general site usage.

We may use aggregated or statistical usage information to improve the product, analyze traffic, evaluate popular sections and prepare commercial proposals for sponsors.

When sponsorships or advertising are displayed on the site, Fantasy MX may show banners or commercial mentions. We do not sell your personal data to sponsors.

When you sync or enter information related to Sleeper, Fantasy MX uses that data only to display fantasy football features within the platform. You should not enter league or account information that you do not have the right to access.

Fantasy MX may use cookies, local storage, tags or similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, analyze traffic, measure performance and improve user experience.

You can manage, block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Some functions, such as login or saved preferences, may not work properly if certain technologies are disabled.

Fantasy MX does not sell your personal data.

No internet system is completely secure. We recommend using strong passwords, not sharing your credentials and signing out on shared devices.

To exercise your ARCO rights, send a request to rgv@fantasymx.com including your name, email associated with your account, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of your request and, when applicable, documents proving your identity.

We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by applicable law.

Fantasy MX is intended for users interested in fantasy football and sports content. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

If you are a minor, use the platform with authorization and supervision from your parent or legal guardian.

If we detect that data from a minor has been collected without the corresponding authorization, we may delete the account or related information.

The site may contain links to external platforms, social networks, YouTube, Sleeper, sponsors or other third-party websites.

Fantasy MX does not control the privacy practices of external websites. We recommend reviewing their own notices and policies before providing personal information.
